Kaiut Yoga Austin
Saturday work session · July 18

Our working hour

Everything below is ready. Nothing here is homework, we do each piece together, in the room, and most of it is done before you leave the mat area.

1This week's recording

Did the three prompts get recorded? If yes, wonderful, we'll show you what the first clip becomes. If the week ran away, no matter: we shoot them together in twenty minutes right after this session, while you're already here.

2Send the Ravi announcement

You read it, we fix anything on the spot, and it goes to your full list. Two minutes of Mailchimp login first. One thing to confirm together first: the longevity talk now shows Sunday, August 23 at 10:30 in Walla ($35, 25 seats), we spotted the change Thursday, took down everything pointing at July, and the stories now promote August 23 (in four rotating looks, first one Tuesday). If August 23 is right, the email carries this P.S.:
P.S. Before Ravi, something closer: I'm giving a talk on how Kaiut is changing the longevity conversation, at the studio Sunday, August 23 at 10:30 am. Seats are limited and it would be lovely to see you there: kaiutyogaaustin.com/schedule
Subject: Ravi is coming back Some of you were in the room in April. You remember what those days felt like. The quiet, the depth, the way the week stayed with you long after it ended. Ravi Kaiut is returning October 27 through November 1, and this visit goes deeper than the last one. The week opens with two Intro to Kaiut classes on Tuesday for anyone who has been curious about the method. Wednesday is devoted to stress and pain management. Thursday and Friday bring masterclasses through the day, and Friday afternoon we gather for a community reception at the studio. Everyone is welcome there, whether you practice with us or not. And then the heart of the visit. A Practice Intensive over the final weekend, with a five day option for those ready to give their body the full week. If you have been feeling that quiet nudge to go further with this work, a week like this is where it happens. Not through intensity. Through time, attention, and someone who can see what your body has been carrying. Early bird pricing is open through August 15. The full schedule and registration are here: kaiutyogaaustin.com/ravikaiut I hope you will join us. Renae

One thing we'll fix together first: your event page doesn't show the August 15 early-bird date anywhere, the email mentions it, so the page should too (it's on the Wix fix list).

3Miriam's month, set the plan together

The most important structural piece today. Miriam's hours now run on our checklists, three lanes: Google, through Lizard's listing (Kaiut on their services page, our approved photos, reviews pointed there and flagged the week they land), listings clean-up (ClassPass, Yelp, Wellhub corrected to the approved description, plus the Do512 pitch, all from our copy, she submits and chases), and the follow-up desk (a weekly list from your sign-in data: review asks after class three, referral cards logged, "how did you hear about us" kept current). Newsletter, flyers, graphics, and Instagram come off her plate entirely, those are ours now.

We confirm the three lanes in the room; the conversation with Miriam stays yours, and it happens this week so August starts on the plan. Eight focused hours a month beats a scattered forty. The full plan also lives on your home page under "Miriam's month."

4Invite April back, personally

April finished 78% full with 278 bookings, those people already said yes to Ravi once. Together we pull the April list from Walla and set this for the week after:
Subject: You were here in April You practiced with Ravi in April. You know what happens in that room. He is coming back October 27 through November 1, and this time the visit is built around going deeper. Masterclasses through the week, and a Practice Intensive over the final weekend. There is a two day option, and a five day option for those ready to live in the work for a full week. April filled up in the final weeks and some of you had to work around sessions that were already full. If you already know you want this, the early bird window is open through August 15, and spots in the Intensives are limited to the size of our room. The schedule and registration are here: kaiutyogaaustin.com/ravikaiut If you are unsure which option fits where your body is right now, reply and ask. I read every response. Renae
And for the people on your twenty list (block 7), the personal version, text or email, one at a time:
Hi [name]. Ravi is coming back the last week of October and I thought of you right away. The final weekend is a Practice Intensive, and I think you're ready for it. Early bird runs through August 15 if you want to look: kaiutyogaaustin.com/ravikaiut. Would love to have you in the room again.

5One note to Liz

Lizard's Kaiut page already shows up near the top when people search for you, it just needs to point somewhere bookable. You send this from your phone, in your own words, here's the shape:
Liz! I've been working with Tudor (who we both love) - he's taken over my entire marketing and it kind of feels like we're going to get famous. It's gorgeous, on brand, and I barely lift a finger - content, site, email, all of it. Two things from him: your Kaiut page shows up near the top when people search Kaiut yoga in Austin - can it point to my booking page so people can actually book? kaiutyogaaustin.com/pricing. And he has ideas for Lizard too - you should steal an hour with him.

This matters twice over: your Google presence rides Lizard's listing, so the work we do for you makes their listing better too, everybody wins. And Liz's yes is the key that starts Miriam's Google lane, her checklist is staged and waiting on it.

6Set the intro offer everywhere

Decided: $45 to start, three classes, or two weeks unlimited, the student's choice. Right now Walla sells two intro offers at two prices, which is why your site disagrees with itself. We change it together, logged in:

While we're in there, your whole price list, nine options today, and a few sit oddly: two nearly-identical 4-class options at $90 and $72, and the 10-class pass costs more per class than the 8-class pack, so your most loyal students pay more. Our proposal, for you to react to:

RungPriceWhat it is
Start$45 oncethree classes or two weeks, their choice
Weekly$72/mofour classes a month (today's 4-Class Pack, renamed)
Twice a week$125/moeight a month, the way the method actually works; the one we'd feature
Unlimited$165/moeverything, video library included

Online-only stays $35. The $90 and $185 passes retire (current holders keep theirs, nothing expires mid-journey). Price the rhythm, not the punchcard, every rung is a weekly habit, and the more someone practices, the less each class costs. Your call Saturday.

8Your page, and your twenty

Read your page, five minutes, yes or change it. It's written for what people actually type into Google, in your voice.

Then name your twenty. The students you'd personally invite to the Practice Intensives. We write the list right there, each name gets the personal note from block 3, from you, one at a time. Deep offerings fill by invitation, not by posts.

9Housekeeping

The August invoice arrived by email Wednesday, $400, due August 1, payable right on the invoice page by bank transfer. It covers the Instagram pipeline, the newsletter, and creative direction. Anything unclear, we sort it in the room.
