This is a page for your website, written in your voice, aimed at what people actually type into Google, word for word, "yoga for people who are not flexible" is a real search. Read it once. If a sentence isn't something you'd say, tell us which one and how you'd say it. Five minutes.

Yoga for people who aren't flexible

The Kaiut Method, for bodies that can't do "normal" yoga.

If you've been told you're "not flexible enough for yoga," this is the one built for exactly that.

Kaiut starts where most yoga skips: the joints. Slow, floor-based, no hot room, no pretzel poses. It works through the joints and the nervous system, so the people most yoga leaves behind, stiff shoulders, locked hips, cranky knees, a back that runs the day, are the ones it's designed around.

Who it's for

Why Kaiut is different

Most yoga rewards the already-flexible. Kaiut inverts it, function over flexibility, listening over fixing. No mirrors to perform in, no mat next to you to measure against. Structural change, one joint at a time.

What students notice

Sleeping through the night. Reaching the top shelf. Getting off the floor without a plan. A back that finally stops narrating the day. (Experiences vary; this is movement practice, not medical treatment.)

Taught by Renae Molden. Austin's licensed Kaiut school
