Eight hours a month, every hour assigned by us, every task from a checklist or template. Miriam is great at execution, the plan gives her exactly that, and takes everything brand-shaped off her plate. This is the sheet we align on together Saturday; the conversation with Miriam stays yours.
, How it works now
We assign, she executes. Every task arrives with a checklist, a template, or ready-made copy. Nothing self-initiated on brand surfaces.
Nothing she makes ships itself. No direct Instagram posting, no direct sends. Everything passes through review.
Creation lives in our pipeline. Newsletter, flyers, graphics, and video edits come from us, she runs the operations around them.
, The order
Today, in the room: we align on this sheet, and you send Liz the note (it's ready on the Saturday page). Liz's yes is the key that opens the Google lane. Miriam can't touch Lizard's listing before that.
Monday: we hand Miriam her packet, the checklists below, with our copy and scripts attached. Lanes 2 and 3 start immediately; lane 1 starts the day Liz opens the door.
, The packet, what Miriam receives
~1.5 hrs · after Liz's yesLane 1 · Google, through Lizard's listing
Kaiut added to Lizard's services on their Google listing
Our three approved photos loaded on their profile (via Liz)
"Inside Lizard Yoga, 2919 Menchaca Rd" written identically on every surface
Hours, services, and Q&A checked monthly against the real schedule
New reviews flagged to us the week they land, we draft, she posts approved text only

ClassPass: find every Kaiut record, retire the old Sanctuary address (1006 S 8th), keep one 2919 Menchaca listing with the approved description, booking path, and three real photos, verify signed-out before marking done
Wellhub: replace the long description with the approved copy, confirm hours and booking link, swap any old-location images, leave the reviews untouched
Yelp: search signed-out for Kaiut and both old addresses; claim and correct if a profile exists, report back before creating one
Do512: send the yoga-guide pitch from our copy, follow up once after seven days

Weekly list built from your sign-in sheet
Intro-offer students get the review ask after class three, our script, her send
Referral card redemptions logged the week they happen
"How did you hear about us" kept current for every new student
Every checklist ships with the copy, scripts, and templates attached, she never has to invent a sentence. The remaining hours stay in reserve for chase work, and Ravi-week admin borrows from these lanes when October gets close.
, Explicitly not hers
Newsletter. Flyers and graphics. Video editing. Instagram posting. Website copy. Review responses in her own words. Anything that carries the brand's voice, that all comes from our pipeline now. And the in-room loops (review asks in person, card stocking, partner drop-ins) belong to you and the studio.
, Also settling this month
Newsletter handover finishes: Mailchimp access to us, we send the next issue.
Her direct Instagram posting path closes quietly, no drama, just structure.
The relationship stays yours; the assignments come from us.
