Ravi Kaiut is teaching here from October 27 to November 1. He's the son of the method's founder and he has been teaching this work his whole adult life.

Before the week gets close, I want to hand you something. Reply to this with a question for him. About your own body, about the method, about why a joint that's been stiff for twenty years can still change. I'll put the best ones to him and send the answers back to you.
