Five days with Francisco

This one is not ours. Kaiut Yoga Boulder is hosting a five day practice intensive in January, and I wanted the handful of you who travel for this work to hear about it before the early pricing closes.

January 3 through 8, at the Boulder JCC. Francisco teaches the week live from Brazil.

He is not in the room

It matters less than you would think. Cameras sit through the practice space, including one that moves, and he watches the room closely enough to catch the small things. He corrects people individually, answers questions as they come up, and runs the week the way he runs a room he is standing in.

Why five days

Five days in a row give the body something a weekly class cannot. Each morning picks up where the day before left off, so nothing resets. That is where the method starts to open up and you find things in your body you did not know were available.
